• The return of the purchased (unassembled, uninstalled) merchandise occurs at Renoshop store at the expense of the buyer, will be accepted if within 14 days of the purchase date.  ITEMS ACCEPTED FOR RETURN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE ORIGINAL SALES INVOICE AND MUST BE IN FULLY SEALED BOXES. A REFUND ON SUCH ITEMS WILL BE SUBJECT TO 35% RESTOCKING CHARGES. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES AFTER THE PRODUCT LEAVES OUR STORE.

• ALL VANITIES ARE FINAL SALE, NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE.

• At the time of return, the original purchase invoice and receipt must be presented.

• The returned merchandise will be accepted for return only if the said merchandise is not damaged in any way whatsoever and is in its original packaging, as the packaging is a part of the cost of all items.

• All accessories must be in the original packaging and without any damaging or missing at all.

• All return shipping cost including duty and frights will be buyer’s responsibility.
